"Products were too close to expiry"
I ordered from Nykaa Man and the product I received had very little time left before it expired. It didn’t feel fresh at all, and when I raised it, I just got the usual policy excuse instead of any real help. Frustrating experience...

"Order tracking was really frustrating"
My experience with order tracking on nykaaman.com was disappointing 😕. The status just stayed the same for days, and I had no clue where my parcel actually was.

I contacted customer support too, but the replies felt very basic, like just asking me to wait 24-48 hours. Even after waiting, nothing really changed and I still didn’t get a clear update.
Overall, it wasn’t a good experience. If the tracking is this unclear, it makes it really hard to feel confident about ordering again.

"Didn’t seem legit to me"
The product just felt kind of off. It had this weird smell right away, and the quality didn’t seem like what I was expecting. Hard to explain, but it didn’t feel genuine to me. I probably won’t be buying from here again.

"Prices Felt Way Too High"
nykaaman felt overpriced to me. I checked the same products on a few other sites, and they were cheaper there. Even without those big sale banners. The discounts looked nice at first, but once I added things to the cart, it barely felt like any real saving. Coupons also didn’t apply properly sometimes. Frustrating. It just gave me fake savings vibes. Expected better prices, but ended up not buying anything. 1 star from me

"Payment was such a headache"
I tried placing an order on nykaaman.com and the payment step just felt really messy. UPI failed a couple of times, then the card page kept loading without saying anything clearly. I had this weird uncomfortable feeling the whole time because I didn’t even know what was happening.

For a regular shopping site, this should be simple, but it turned into such an annoying experience. I ended up checking my bank app to see if the money had gone through, and after wasting around 20 minutes, I still wasn’t fully sure if the order was placed. Just felt really bad overall.

"Not as private as I expected"

"Expected the freebies shown, but they never arrived"
I placed an order on Nykaa Man mostly because the checkout page showed some freebies and samples being added. So naturally, I expected them to be included with the parcel. But when the order arrived, it only had the main products and none of the extras that were shown earlier.
I reached out to customer care, but the response was just the usual line that freebies depend on availability. That would be fine if they hadn’t shown them while I was placing the order. It felt misleading and annoying. Based on that experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"customer support just doesn’t reply"
i placed an order and ran into a delivery issue, but getting in touch with customer care was such a hassle. i emailed them and tried the chat too, but all i got were automated replies. there was no real update for days, which is super frustrating when you’ve already paid. i don’t think i’ll be ordering from Nykaa Man again.

I ordered this to send as a gift, but the gift packing option was disappointing. There wasn’t a proper message card, no nice wrapping, and nothing about it felt special, it basically looked like a regular delivery. If you’re planning to send something as a gift, I’d suggest checking the packaging details first or arranging your own gift wrap, because this didn’t really feel gift-ready.

"Box was completely crushed"
I asked for this to be packed properly, but that basic request was clearly ignored. The box showed up totally crushed, the packaging was already torn open, and the product had leaked everywhere. Really frustrating to deal with something that could’ve been avoided with a little care.
