"Products were too close to expiry"
I ordered from Nykaa Man and the product I received had very little time left before it expired. It didn’t feel fresh at all, and when I raised it, I just got the usual policy excuse instead of any real help. Frustrating experience...

"Got the wrong item and the follow-up was exhausting"
I ordered beard oil, but shampoo showed up instead. Mistakes happen, but dealing with support just made it feel more draining than it needed to be. I had to explain the issue more than once, and by the end I was just tired of trying to get it sorted out.

"Order tracking was really frustrating"
My experience with order tracking on nykaaman.com was disappointing 😕. The status just stayed the same for days, and I had no clue where my parcel actually was.
I contacted customer support too, but the replies felt very basic, like just asking me to wait 24-48 hours. Even after waiting, nothing really changed and I still didn’t get a clear update.
Overall, it wasn’t a good experience. If the tracking is this unclear, it makes it really hard to feel confident about ordering again.

"Didn’t seem legit to me"
The product just felt kind of off. It had this weird smell right away, and the quality didn’t seem like what I was expecting. Hard to explain, but it didn’t feel genuine to me. I probably won’t be buying from here again.

Am I missing something, or is the full ingredient info kind of hard to find? I tried looking for the complete list but couldn’t really see it properly, which is a bit frustrating when you want to know what’s actually in the product.

"Prices Felt Way Too High"
nykaaman felt overpriced to me. I checked the same products on a few other sites, and they were cheaper there. Even without those big sale banners. The discounts looked nice at first, but once I added things to the cart, it barely felt like any real saving. Coupons also didn’t apply properly sometimes. Frustrating. It just gave me fake savings vibes. Expected better prices, but ended up not buying anything. 1 star from me

"Payment was such a headache"
I tried placing an order on nykaaman.com and the payment step just felt really messy. UPI failed a couple of times, then the card page kept loading without saying anything clearly. I had this weird uncomfortable feeling the whole time because I didn’t even know what was happening.
For a regular shopping site, this should be simple, but it turned into such an annoying experience. I ended up checking my bank app to see if the money had gone through, and after wasting around 20 minutes, I still wasn’t fully sure if the order was placed. Just felt really bad overall.

"Not as private as I expected"
I ordered this thinking it would be low-key and private, and at first I was relieved it seemed easy. But then the packaging and the updates felt way too obvious, and my mood flipped fast. It got really awkward at home, which was frustrating and kind of embarrassing. I wouldn’t use it again for anything personal

"Website Keeps Glitching"
At first I thought the website was easy to use, and I was actually kind of impressed. But then it started glitching a lot, that got annoying really fast. It’s hard to enjoy the experience when pages freeze or don’t load right.

"Expected the freebies shown, but they never arrived"
I placed an order on Nykaa Man mostly because the checkout page showed some freebies and samples being added. So naturally, I expected them to be included with the parcel. But when the order arrived, it only had the main products and none of the extras that were shown earlier.
I reached out to customer care, but the response was just the usual line that freebies depend on availability. That would be fine if they hadn’t shown them while I was placing the order. It felt misleading and annoying. Based on that experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I was really hoping this delivery would be smooth, but it ended up taking way too long. I kept waiting and checking for updates, and it just didn’t feel reliable. By the time it finally arrived, I was frustrated with the whole experience.

"customer support just doesn’t reply"
i placed an order and ran into a delivery issue, but getting in touch with customer care was such a hassle. i emailed them and tried the chat too, but all i got were automated replies. there was no real update for days, which is super frustrating when you’ve already paid. i don’t think i’ll be ordering from Nykaa Man again.

I ordered this to send as a gift, but the gift packing option was disappointing. There wasn’t a proper message card, no nice wrapping, and nothing about it felt special, it basically looked like a regular delivery. If you’re planning to send something as a gift, I’d suggest checking the packaging details first or arranging your own gift wrap, because this didn’t really feel gift-ready.

I returned my order last month and still haven’t received my refund. I’ve contacted support a few times, but they keep telling me to wait another 48 hours, which is getting frustrating. I was trying to buy a grooming product, but the details were really unclear. The page barely had any info. No proper ingredient list. The size details were confusing too. I also couldn’t find clear usage instructions. I had to check other sites just to understand the product. That’s frustrating when you’re shopping online.

"Box was completely crushed"
I asked for this to be packed properly, but that basic request was clearly ignored. The box showed up totally crushed, the packaging was already torn open, and the product had leaked everywhere. Really frustrating to deal with something that could’ve been avoided with a little care.
